Did you know that you can Purchase or renew your BioBase subscription and purchase other features right from your account page online? Below you will see some step by step instructions on how to renew your EcoSound subscription, expand your storage totals, and even purchase GIS services. You may notice a new login page if you haven’t visited BioBase in awhile and you can read about the updates here.
First sign into BioBase then in the upper right hand corner click the “My Account” button, the first option you will see is “details”, click “details to bring up your current subscription status. To renew your current or expired subscription click the “Purchase New Subscription” button see below for an example.


In some cases you may have a coupon code, this is where you would enter it. For example if you plan to renew your EcoSound Habitat Plus Subscription early you would enter “EarlyRenew5” for 5% off your subscription.
After you select your plan and enter any coupon codes further down the page you will find the billing and credit card section, enter your details and click “purchase” to complete the process.
BioBase also has an auto-renew feature which you can opt in to auto-renew or opt out of it. Keep in mind it will bill the card on file, below you can see the opt in option.

Storage is an important part of using BioBase, keeping trips allows you to see changes over time of habitats, bottom hardness, and depth. Expanding your storage is now easier than ever. If you find yourself needed to expand your storage and you are not on the freemium subscription follow the steps below to expand your storage limits.



Keep in mind storage upgrade prices are pro rated based on the remaining time left on your EcoSound subscription.
Purchasing GIS services through BioBase is now available online as well, under your “My Account” tab select “purchase GIS services” and fill out the page below.
