At BioBase, ease of use, organization, and user experience are top priorities. Our team has been hard at work updating the user-interface to improve the users account profile and details experience. The result is a sleek, user friendly dashboard and account profile. Now you can maximize your BioBase experience by changing user preferences with ease for any use case.
The upgrades to the site are not only for present use but have an eye on the future as well. “The big win we get from implementing the update is that it positions Genesis and BioBase to more seamlessly integrate with the other Navico software offerings, most notably the mobile apps” stated Patrick C. head software design engineer responsible for the updates. The biggest change you will notice is the “Account Profile” page and its new options. (see below)

The BioBase team puts user experience and security as a top priority. The website upgrade now puts user preferences at the forefront of the Account details page. Patrick C. had this to say when discussing the user preferences “I am hopeful that the changes will make it much simpler to see the current state of the account and get to the settings the user wants to change or review.”

Along with the processing preference page other new pages are at the forefront of the update, including the measurement and notification preferences pages. Easily switch between measurement parameters such as MPH to Knots, and change your notifications when trips are done processing.

These are just a few of the changes coming to BioBase, when asked about the future Patrick C. optimistically stated ” the key integration efforts are mobile sonar log upload (no more SD cards for upload and longer term won’t need SD cards for download), automated MFD/Plotter registration, synchronization of waypoints and tracks, and other features.” All eyes are set on the future with the BioBase team.
