You must have a BioBase account in order to qualify for the hardware purchasing program, so the first step if you do not have an account is to create an account. You can do that Here, once you have an account you are free to sign up for the customer portal.

The link above is the application to the hardware purchasing customer portal. Keep in mind it takes a few days to process the application, and keep an eye on your spam folder. The access link will sometimes be direct to spam since it is auto generated by our customer portal. The system builder tool allows you to custom build the head unit, sonar, and accessories you want. Plus the option to add connectors, cable extenders and brackets you may need. To find the system builder locate the tools tab in the upper left hand corner and click the system builder link, see the example below for more details.

Once you loaded your shopping cart full of brand new Navico equipment you can check out just like any online purchase. If you are purchasing with a PO you can enter the PO information and automatically associate any purchase with a PO number.

BioBase subscriptions eligible for the free government subscription qualify for up to 35% off select hardware. All other BioBase customers qualify for 5% discount. The discount applied to most items in the Navico catalog including adapters, GPS, and transducers.
